Just wanted to give you all a heads up that Mr. Isaac has a few allergies. We had him tested a few weeks ago after many months of interesting reactions to different foods. Most of his reactions were rather minor at first- redness on his face mostly. He has had eczema since we arrived here in NZ, so that may also be caused by food allergies. Well, a few weeks ago Isaac had dairy-based formula for the first time and he broke out in hives. The Dr. told me to try a goats milk formula and he broke out in hives again. We figured it was high time we had the little guy tested for allergies since he broke out in hives 2x in one week. I could have guessed it, but he is allergic to peanuts, dairy and eggs. Unfortunately, we did not have him tested for pumpkin because Isaac broke out in hives this week after eating pumkin. Such a bummer as Isaac really liked the pumpkin. This could make for an interesting first birthday cake!
