A Getaway!

In the end of August, Josh and I managed to get away for a wee overnight together. Our teammates, Kara and Susanne, blessed us by watching our kiddos! Yeah. We travelled about 20 minutes from home to a B&B out at Makara Beach. We really enjoyed our quality time together reading, lounging around, sitting in the sauna, feeding the pigs and sheep with our host Christine, and best of all...sleeping in! I actually stayed in bed so late that Christine wound up bringing our breakfast to our room and I ate half of it in bed. It was so awesome! Thank you Jesus for time away with Josh.
