Winter Conference

Hudson officially started walking on June 28th, a few days before we left for our Winter Conference with Student Life. We have some great videos of Hudson progressing from crawling to walking that we really want to post, but google did away with their video uploading program and we have not had the opportunity yet to figure out what program we should use now to upload our videos. We will definitely get them posted as soon as we can...we know that the family would love to see Hudson's BIG DAY!

Winter Conference took place June 1st through June 9th. We packed in the car and drove to Lake Taupo where we stayed for a night just to make the trip a little bit more bearable with the kids. They had a great time running throughout the hotel room, jumping on the couch and beds, and taking a bath in the large hotel bathroom. Bath time was very relaxing and un-eventful until Hudson decided to drop one of his kids off at the pool...and then bath time ended. :) He was so oblivious to the fact that he had actually pooped in the bath tub. Isaac was well aware of it though.

Conference was awesome for all of us! My campus director from Miami Of Ohio, Roger Hershey or "Hersh", was the main speaker. It was great to hear from him---God used him to encourage all of us so much. He really is an amazing man of God and it felt like God blessed me with a little piece of home by having him there. I have posted a picture of Josh and I with Roger on the last day of conference. There is so much more that I could say, but I will leave it at that. Enjoy the only pics that I took from conference...
